We provide Positive Behaviour Support and consultancy services for children, adolescents, and adults across disability, mental health, child protection, education, and justice settings. Our focus is on building capacity, strengthening support networks, and creating practical strategies that improve quality of life while promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion.
We understand that behaviour is communication. By working closely with participants, families, carers, schools, support providers, and multidisciplinary teams, we develop tailored supports that are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and responsive to each person’s unique needs and goals.

About Kathy
Kathy Watson-Brown is an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 17 years of experience across disability, child protection, mental health, community services, education, and the justice system.
Kathy specialises in supporting children, adolescents, and adults with complex behavioural, developmental, and psychosocial needs. She has extensive experience working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disability, ADHD, trauma-related presentations, mental health conditions, and those involved with Child Safety and justice services.
Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, focusing on understanding the function of behaviour, building capacity within support networks, and creating practical strategies that improve quality of life.
Kathy works collaboratively with participants, families, schools, support providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop meaningful, evidence-based supports that promote safety, independence, inclusion, and positive long-term outcomes.

Yes. We provide tailored training and coaching for families, support workers, schools, and organisations to build confidence and consistency in supporting participants.
Yes. Functional Behaviour Assessments help identify the purpose or function of behaviours and inform effective support strategies.
Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the participant’s needs, available funding, and stakeholder involvement. We will discuss expected timeframes during the initial consultation.
Yes. Telehealth can be a flexible option for meetings, coaching, training, and some assessment components.
